CURRENT OPENINGS: Sales Executive
The Services Sales Executive is responsible for generating Services Revenue in their territory (Toronto-GTA). The Services portfolio includes: Integrated Solution Selling with an emphasis on consulting engagements around Outsourcing Application Architecture and Development, Microsoft, Citrix and Quiettouch Managed Services. This is a role requiring an experienced Services Sales Specialist with a strong enterprise IT background. To be successful, this person must be able to demonstrate proven experience in selling business solutions and support services to SMB and Large Enterprises, focusing on the business value that Quiettouch provides. Experience in solution selling, partnering with high level systems engineers, and technology providers are expected. Telco and/or hosting experience is an asset.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Drive the sales of Quiettouch Support and Consulting Services to our Enterprise and SMB Customers. Work strategically and cooperatively with our team to win in competitive situations and further drive the successful adoption and penetration of Quiettouch solutions, technologies and solutions. Leverage appropriate resources (Sales, Managers, Sr. Executives, Product Marketing, Partners, etc) to secure service engagements. Demonstrate judgment in the engagement of those resources. Ensure timely follow up and closure of Services leads and opportunities coming from our Enterprise Sales team or Partners. Demonstrate initiative, pro-activity and creativity in the development and closure of engagements. Ensure timely communication and information updates of the enterprise Support and Consulting Management teams to allow for efficient teamwork and planning. Minimum support and service revenue attainment of $5.0 Million, Customer satisfaction (surveys and ad-hoc customer feedback)
- Experience selling consulting and support services into the Banking/Finance vertical
industry is a must, proven success in managing a minimum quota of $5.0 million CAD.
- Experience providing services & solutions is a must, 7+ years of large of account sales
experience with proven success of 7+ selling consulting/support services engagements
including complex 7+ bid/negotiation and contractual issues, background in account
development, account management and project management, understanding of the
channel including the SI and ISV communities.
- Knowledge of IT industry, VoIP enterprise customer requirements and competition,
"A" level of technical knowledge required, aimed at large scales data centre, infrastructure,
application delivery and operational support allowing for optimal communication around
the customer's business drivers, for line of business solutions.
- Good understanding of Microsoft BackOffice technologies (.Net) and the positioning in the
enterprise and development community of similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, very creative in both solutions and deal making with high energy.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable with overlay sales strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Quiettouch's enterprise Consulting Services and support or similar
offerings.
- Minimal requirement BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Business.
