Similarly, QTI's secure, fully redundant data centre facilities ensure the availability, on going maintenance, and operation of critical application services in the aftermath of a disaster or significant outage. In accordance with each customer's rules and exceptions these plans are made to fit with identified critical recovery time and recovery point objectives.
QTI's Fully Managed Recovery Services support a wide variety of multi-vendor platforms and system architectures including the systems, peripherals, communications equipment, security infrastructure, and the application environments. Work efforts used to return the infrastructure and applications to production are completed with proper documentation, change management practices, and in accordance with the Company's ITIL certified process and procedures.
