Quiettouch' s Cold Site Services allows clients to build a non-operational site that is capable of becoming reconfigured and made operational in order to assume the service role of either failed or unavailable critical business applications.
Backup and recovery operations are critical to supporting continuous system availability. Experienced Quiettouch system engineers work with customers to develop suitable backup plans that reflect the nature of the information and the business processes that use the information. Emphasis is also placed on backup recovery plans, which ensures that information can be retrieved and restored when needed.
[ Warm Site Services ]
Quiettouch's Warm Site Services allow clients to have an operational secondary site within the Company's
Data Centre Facilities. QTI's system is equipped to have network policies and IP address management
changed to force the Warm Site into an active state with an extraction, transformation, and load of
the delta from the current IT infrastructure's critical information and provide access to mission
critical business applications. QTI ensures clients with the ability to have the failed primary site
recovered within several hours of the outage or failure of their primary site.
