The Company has the required experience and tools to meet Quality of Service considerations and to utilize Class of Service (COS) techniques to optimize the performance of converged services. QTI also has the ability to ensure that individual customer preferences and granular services like direct inward dial, speed dial locations, and individual phone features are consistently delivered to each extension. Quiettouch integrates IP phones, VoIP gateways and interfaces into the existing enterprise managed WANs to deliver either end-to-end solutions or simply voice enable existing routers and interfaces with existing PBX equipment.
