The Quiettouch Integrated Services Management Portal allows clients to view actual real-time tickets and reports over the Internet as well as receiving them through Numeric/Alphanumeric pager reporting, electronic messaging, and integration with their Network System Management Software.
The QTI Bandwidth Monitoring Tool provides the portal with monitoring and reporting on all communication protocols, service definitions, traffic and the operations of specific devices. The QTI Integrated Service Management Portal uses the results of Web Presence Monitoring to report actual performance statistics on the creation and delivery of information over the Public Internet or Internal Networks and documents the alerting operations in response to application errors and recovery procedures.
The Quiettouch Integrated Service Management Portal is essentially the real time view of all services, technical infrastructure components, configurations, all change management activity, and work effort activity within an end client's Outsourced or Collocated service offering.
