Quiettouch Alerting and Ticketing Services use the following applications and work effort to deliver this service to its clients:
- HP Openview Service Desk based on automatic alerts (incidents notifications)
- Helpdesk ticket generated on reported problems via Call Center Operators or Network Operation Console Staff
- All incident notifications from monitoring stations and service calls are logged for analysis and reporting purpose
- The end client would be notified via a predefined event & escalation process
- The client is able to review Alerting, online Ticketing, Reporting status
