Quiettouch Alerting and Ticketing Services use the following applications and work effort to deliver this service to its clients:
  • HP Openview Service Desk based on automatic alerts (incidents notifications)
  • Helpdesk ticket generated on reported problems via Call Center Operators or Network Operation Console Staff
  • All incident notifications from monitoring stations and service calls are logged for analysis and reporting purpose
  • The end client would be notified via a predefined event & escalation process
  • The client is able to review Alerting, online Ticketing, Reporting status
