Quiettouch Alerting and Ticketing Services use the following applications and work effort to deliver this service to its clients:
HP Openview Service Desk based on automatic alerts (incidents notifications)
Helpdesk ticket generated on reported problems via Call Center Operators or Network Operation Console Staff
All incident notifications from monitoring stations and service calls are logged for analysis and reporting purpose
The end client would be notified via a predefined event & escalation process
The client is able to review Alerting, online Ticketing, Reporting status
