The Toronto Data Centre has diverse backbone facility connections to multiple carriers.
Physical facilities enter the building through four separate access points for the best possible protection.
From the network demarcation points, fiber and copper facilities are brought to the Quiettouch communications room through dedicated riser conduits. Outsourcing and colocation customers with special communications needs can lease capacity on these Quiettouch backbone and riser facilities, with terminations provided out to the customer cabinet.

Quiettouch manages the riser and horizontal distribution components of the circuit, including the associated cross-connect points. The Quiettouch Network Operations Centre staffs are available at all times to work with carriers and customers for the installation, maintenance, and the restoration of circuits within the prescribed communication service management role.
The QTI Datacenters also provide high availability Internet access by using multiple connections with a broad and varied range of Major Telecommunication and Service providers.
