QTI 24/7/365 Support
Quiettouch operates a Network Operation Centre ("NOC") on a 24 Hour, 7 Days per week, 365 Days a year schedule. Its responsibility is to manage and monitor QTI's Global Enterprise and international clients from the state-of-the-art Data Centres located in the downtown city cores of Toronto and Vancouver.
The QTI 24-Hour Onsite Operations Support Services monitors conditions that require attention or immediate action to recover or prevent a service issue from damaging the brand of end clients. QTI offers its clients the lowest risk and exposure to service affecting conditions for the running of their critical business applications.

The QTI 24-Hour Onsite Operations Support Services ensure that response to escalations is tailored to meet the internal service level agreements for end clients. In addition, Network Operations Centre staffs execute critical scripts and policy updates to protect clients' information, assets and resources during an external or internal security breach prior to the compromise of shutting down their business.
