Quiettouch presents customers with a single point of contact for service and support calls. This simplifies the inquiry and problem reporting process for customers, which in turn helps reduce the time required to provide a response. Calls are registered by a Help Desk Support Specialist, and will either be addressed directly or routed to an appropriate support area.

Outsourcing and Colocation customers can designate the Network Operations Centre as their single point of contact for Quiettouch Support Services. The NOC also provides supplemental coverage for Help Desk inquiries.

The problem definition & related tracking information for all calls are entered into the Service Desk system, and a ticket number is assigned for reference. This ensures that the relevant details are available to any support person working through a call. The central ticket collection also facilitates post-incident follow up and reporting. the inquiry history contained in Service Desk is also used as a knowledge base which helps resolve problems more quickly.
