The QTI Product Procurement Desk performs the sourcing of technology from Vendors to ensure lowered costs, validated configurations, reduced risk in products being discontinued without appropriate cost adjustments, promotions are leveraged and that appropriate supply is reserved for scheduled work efforts.
Quiettouch Procurement Services provide Vendor Management against the requests to its Customer Service Center for new technology and equipment that involves forwarding the requests to its Product Procurement Desk.
The resulting products would be delivered to QTI for subsequent configuration, asset management recording, updating to meet service management control and standards, testing and release to field services for deployment.
