Quiettouch is authorized to provide both on-site and depot warranty service for all OEM equipment that the Company sells through its Procurement Desk including its Colocation and Outsourcing engagements.

QTI has a team of trained field service technicians certified by the manufacturer to resolve break and fix issues for its corporate customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Customers can also contract with Quiettouch's field engineering to provide 24 hours, 7 days a week on-site response to augment their internal resources and extend coverage periods for their national presence.
