QTI's Toronto and Vancouver data centre have diverse backbone facility connections to multiple carriers.
Physical facilities enter the building through four separate access points for the best
possible protection.
From the network demarcation points, fiber and copper facilities are brought to
the Quiettouch communications room through dedicated riser conduits. The Quiettouch NOC staffs are available at all times to work with carriers
and customers for circuit installation, maintenance, and restoral activities.
