CITRIX MANAGED SERVICES
In order to leverage QTI’s Data Centre facilities and Platinum CITRIX partnership, Quiettouch has
launched a series of service initiatives that offers our clients the ability to outsource their Citrix
Metaframe IT Infrastructure.
This service positions our clients to be extremely proactive in the operations and control of their critical
CITRIX servers and enterprise resources.
In addition, this proactive QTI service enhances your Information Technology profile within the
organization and leverages Quiettouch’s highly skilled Systems Engineers and Managed Services staff.
This managed service features three distinct Service Levels. The initial starting service is the Silver
Level that will perform the maintenance and service delivery to ensure the correct operation
of your CITRIX environment.
The Gold and Platinum levels are service levels that will offer cost reductions for our
client’s additional operational services that are brought about by change
management and growth.
